Jennifer shivers each time I call her the most famous member of Second. Nevertheless, it is true. Right here within our own fellowship we have one of the most influential ladies in all of the Southern Baptist Convention. Her Fresh Grounded Faith conferences have met in 37 cities in 23 states, with over 50,000 women having attended (9,000 in Springfield alone).
This year's conference at Second in November is focusing on unbelievers. To reach people for Jesus requires multiple touches by multiple people over time. We hope you will begin right now inviting and wooing people to come in November. Your friends will not be disappointed. Jennifer's guest this year will be Pam Tebow (Tim's mom), Ann Voskamp (author of "1000 Gifts"), and Michael O'Brien, who will lead worship. I'll share more info in a later blog.
